Design

In our tool design department we are able to supply a Full Service to our Costumer.

Our project managers (x2) are in permanent contact with our costumers along the development of the project and also when the tools are in serial production.

Our simulation engineer (x1) uses AUTOFORM R7 to ensure the manufacturability of the stamped parts. A simulation report is sended ( available the study from splits, wrinkles, FLD, springback, compensation, sigma, videos, etc ).

For the complete tool design in 3D/2D our designers ( x6) use CREO and CATIA cad software.

To promote the collaboration between design/production/costumer we use WINDCHILL PLM software
